The Toyota Innova Hycross is available with two powertrains: a 173hp, 2.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol unit and an 184hp, 2.0-litre strong-hybrid petrol unit. While the non-hybrid petrol variants have a waiting period of about six months in June 2024, the hybrid versions have a waiting period that stretches up to 14 months after placing the order.

Toyota had recently halted bookings for the range-topping ZX and ZX (O) variants of the Innova Hycross for the second time. It first paused the bookings in April 2023 due to supply-related issues and resumed them one year later. The top-spec variants of the Innova Hycross—which is priced between Rs 19.77 lakh and Rs 30.98 lakh (ex-showroom)—have always been in high demand.
