Mahindra KUV100 NXT facelift price, variants explained

Mahindra has launched a facelift of its SUV-styled hatchback, the KUV100, with prices starting at Rs 4.39 lakh for the base K2 petrol trim and going up to Rs 7.33 for the top-spec K8 diesel.

The hatchback is available with two choices in the engine department – an 84hp, 1.2-litre, four-cylinder petrol engine and a 78hp, 1.2-litre four-cylinder diesel motor. Both engines are mated to a five-speed manual transmission. While the engines are unchanged from the previous model, Mahindra claims to have improved engine damping and NVH levels.

The update also includes improved approach and departure angles – at 20 degree and 29 degree, respectively – which, along with additional ground clearance, is expected to help tackle rough roads better.
