Fascia changes aside, the rear-end of the City facelift is expected to receive a do-over as well. Though the overall interior layout is expected to continue, Honda could introduce new features such as a powered driver seat, ventilated front seats, a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and an optional 360-degree camera. There could also be new trim pieces and upholstery onboard.

As for powertrains, the City facelift is expected to continue with the current versions' 121hp, 145Nm, 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine paired to either a 6-speed manual or a CVT gearbox. The e:HEV hybrid version would also be retained as well. Expect the City facelift to be priced slightly higher than the current model's price range of Rs 12 lakh to Rs 20 lakh. It will continue to rival the likes of the Hyundai Verna, Skoda Slavia and the Volkswagen Virtus.
