    In a bid to clear stocks and to attract customers, Hyundai dealers are offering discounts and benefits on select models from their product portfolio.

    Discounts on Hyundai cars, SUVs for February 2019

    Hyundai is offering significant discounts and benefits on a number of their models. This is being done in a bid to move older stocks of cars like the Grand i10, Elite i20 and Verna and to boost sales numbers of slower selling models like the Elantra and the Tucson. Given below is the list of Hyundai cars currently being offered with a discount. Find out exactly how much money you can save on each model.  

    Hyundai Xcent

    Save up to Rs 50,000
    The Hyundai Xcent is based on the Grand i10 hatchback and competes in the tightly contested compact sedan segment. Sales figures of the Xcent have taken a hit in recent months, owing to newer rivals like the Honda Amaze, Maruti Suzuki Dzire and Ford Aspire. Dealers are offering Rs 20,000 cash discount on 2019 models of the Xcent while the older 2018 models are available with an even larger cash discount of Rs 50,000.

    Hyundai i20

    Save up to Rs 50,000
    The i20 is a stylish and feature-rich hatchback that has been a consistent seller for the company. Currently, the Elite i20 is being offered with Rs 50,000 discount on 2018 models and Rs 20,000 discount on 2019 models. Hyundai’s Baleno and Jazz rivalling hatchback is powered by an 83hp, 1.2-litre petrol and a 90hp, 1.4-litre diesel engine. The diesel comes mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox while the petrol can be had with either a 5-speed manual or CVT automatic gearbox.

    Hyundai i20 Active

    Save up to Rs 50,000
    The i20 Active is the cross-hatch version of the Elite i20. It shares its engines and gearboxes with the Elite i20, albeit without the CVT automatic option. Like the Elite, the i20 Active is available with Rs 20,000 off on 2019 models while the older 2018 models getting an even larger discount of Rs 50,000. The i20 Active rivals the Ford Freestyle and the Fiat Avventura.

    Hyundai Verna

    Save up to Rs 50,000
    The Hyundai Verna is a refined, feature-loaded and plush midsize sedan. The Honda City-rival comes with four engine options and is sold in 12 variants. The 2019 model year Vernas are being offered with a Rs 20,000 exchange bonus, while the older stock of 2018 models is available with a bigger Rs 50,000 discount.

    Hyundai Grand i10

    Save up to Rs 80,000
    The Hyundai Grand i10 hatchback is powered by an 83hp, 1.2-litre petrol engine and a 75hp, 1.2-litre diesel motor. While the diesel is offered with a 5-speed manual only, the petrol gets the option of a 4-speed automatic gearbox alongside the 5-speed manual. The 2019 models of the Grand i10 are being offered with Rs 45,000 cash discount for the petrol variants and Rs 50,000 for the diesel variants. The older 2018 stocks of the hatchback have a larger Rs 70,000 and Rs 80,000 cash discount for the petrol and diesel variants, respectively.  

    Hyundai Elantra

    Save up to Rs 1.30 lakh
    Stylish and capable, the Hyundai Elantra rivals other executive sedans like the Skoda Octavia, the Toyota Corolla Altis and the upcoming Honda Civic. The Elantra is powered by a 152hp, 2.0-litre petrol motor and a 128hp, 1.6-litre diesel mill. In a bid to clear stocks, 2018 models of the Elantra are currently being offered with a massive Rs 1.30 lakh discount.

    Hyundai Tucson

    Save up to Rs 1.30 lakh
    The Tucson is currently Hyundai’s most premium offering in our market. Powered by a 155hp, 2.0-litre petrol and a 185hp, 2.0-litre diesel, the Tucson is a strong performer with a roomy cabin and a lengthy equipment list. However, the Tucson hasn’t exactly set the sales charts on fire and hence is currently being offered with a huge discount of Rs 1.30 lakh.
