Yamaha Fascino S launched at Rs 93,730

    Yamaha has given its most affordable scooter a subtle update with the addition of a new variant. This new ‘S’ variant is available in three shades of matte and has an exclusive new feature. This new ‘Answer Back’ feature is app based and can only be used via Yamaha’s mobile app.

    This function is listed as ‘Yamaha Scooter Answer Back’ and enabling it will help locate your scooter. The feature works by activating both left and right indicators along with a horn sound for two seconds. Apart from this the Fascino remains unchanged for 2024. It’s still powered by a 125cc single-cylinder motor that produces 8.2hp and 10.3Nm. The Fascino has a weight of 99kgs and boasts of a underseat storage of 21 litres. 

     

    The Fascino can be had in a total of three variants: Drum, Disc and S. While the entry level Drum variant starts at Rs 79,900 (ex-showroom Delhi), the Disc variant goes up to Rs 91,130 (ex-showroom Delhi). The S variant starts at Rs 93,730 (ex-showroom Delhi) for the matte red or matte black shade. The matte dark blue on the other hand costs Rs 94,530 (ex-showroom Delhi). Currently it rivals the likes of the Suzuki Access 125, Honda Activa 125, TVS Jupiter 125, Yamaha Ray ZR 125 and the Hero Destini 125 Xtec.
