TVS motors has just announced that motorcycles under the Apache brand have crossed the three-million-unit global sales milestone. Launched around 13 years ago, the Apache series was one of the few sporty commuters on sale, at the time, in India. TVS claim that the Apache series of bikes is considered among the “the fastest-growing premium motorcycle brands in the country with presence across the globe.”

The brand has, over a decade, developed a host of premium offerings, ranging from 160cc to 310cc, creating aspiration along every step of evolution. The three million milestone is special as it confirms that our ever-growing customer base of racing enthusiasts has taken warmly to our two new offerings – namely the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V and TVS Apache RR 310.”

The latest Apache we have ridden is the 2018 TVS Apache RTR 200 4V Race Edition 2.0.

TVS is also big into motorsports; and we even recently rode the company’s track-spec Apache RR 310 at Kari Motor Speedway in Coimbatore, some time back.
