TVS has silently launched a new Special Edition version of its bestselling Jupiter 110, priced at Rs 93,031 (ex-showroom, Delhi). This top-spec variant is the most expensive in the Jupiter 110 line-up and only gets cosmetic changes over the Disc SXC variant that sits directly below it.

  1. TVS Jupiter 110 Special Edition is finished in all-black
  2. This new top variant is mechanically identical to the Disc SXC variant
  3. It’s the second most expensive 110cc scooter in India after the Honda Activa Smart variant

TVS Jupiter 110 gains a new top-spec model

It has black bodywork and bronze badging

The top-spec Jupiter 110 Special Edition comes draped in a stealthy all-black paint scheme, with the exception of the chrome exhaust heat shield. All the badging on the bodywork – be it the company’s logo or the scooter’s model name – is bronze-coloured, unlike the chrome units on the four other variants on sale.

At Rs 93,031, this Special Edition is the most expensive model in the TVS Jupiter 110 line-up. In fact, this variant of the TVS Jupiter 110 is the second-most-expensive 110cc scooter on sale in India – after the Rs 95,567 Honda Activa Smart variant – as of the writing of this piece. Beyond the new all-black treatment, the Special Edition is mechanically the same as the Jupiter 110 Disc SXC variant, which means it has a front disc brake and a digital display with Bluetooth connectivity.

One curious thing that continues from the Disc SXC variant to this Special Edition is that it misses out on a kickstarter as standard, although it can be added as an accessory, something we had earlier pointed out in our first ride review of the scooter.

All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.
