Kawasaki dealers are now offering sizable discounts on the pre-facelift 2025 Ninja 300, with Mumbai-based Anzen Kawasaki listing the bike at a special on-road price of Rs 3.45 lakh, thanks to a Rs 84,000 discount. This move comes as dealerships prepare for the transition to the updated model, which began arriving earlier this year.

For 2025, the Ninja 300 remains mechanically unchanged

Launched in May 2025, the facelifted Ninja 300 features a few key updates such as a larger windscreen, projector headlights, and better tyres to improve usability. A fresh set of graphics has also been introduced to give the familiar silhouette a minor visual lift.

Meanwhile, Kawasaki continues to offer the Ninja 300 in three colours—Lime Green, Candy Lime Green, and Metallic Moondust Grey. Under the skin, the bike remains unchanged, powered by a 296cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine producing 38.9bhp and 26.1Nm, mated to a six-speed gearbox.

Buyers looking for a more affordable entry into the parallel-twin space will find the pre-facelift model appealing, especially with the Rs 84,000 price advantage over the facelifted version, which now retails at an on-road price of Rs 4.29 lakh in Mumbai.

However, only limited units of the discounted stock are currently available at Anzen Kawasaki. Other dealers across the country are likely to be offering deals on the pre-facelift Ninja 300 as well, although to a varying degree.
