Two-wheeler manufacturers continued to benefit from post-festive demand in November 2025, with the top six brands reporting robust volumes. Hero MotoCorp posted sales of over 6 lakh units to regain the top spot after slipping behind Honda in the previous month. Moreover, five of the top six manufacturers recorded strong double-digit year-on-year (YoY) growth in November.

Hero MotoCorp

Hero sold 6,04,490 two-wheelers in November 2025

Hero MotoCorp sold 6,04,490 units in November 2025, a 31 percent YoY increase. Of that, 5,39,128 were motorcycles and 65,362 were scooters.

Exports surged 70 percent to 33,970 units, with the brand reporting that the boost has been driven by demand for the Hero Hunk in Latin America and the Hunter in Africa.

Honda

Honda sold 5,91,136 two-wheelers in November 2025

Honda’s sales of 5,91,136 two-wheelers, comprising 5,33,645 units in the domestic market and 57,491 units overseas, rose 25 percent YoY. These numbers follow a stellar October, in which Honda sold a combined 3.63 lakh units of the Activa and Dio, securing a 44 percent share of the scooter market. While the manufacturer hasn’t disclosed the scooter-motorcycle split for November, it’s safe to assume that scooters once again accounted for a significant share.

TVS Motor

TVS sold 4,97,841 two-wheelers in November 2025

TVS Motor Company recorded two-wheeler sales of 4,97,841 units, a 27 percent growth. Motorcycle sales soared 34 percent to 2,42,222 units, while scooter sales surged 27 percent to 2,10,222 units.

Its domestic two-wheeler sales rose 20 percent to 3,65,608 units, while exports jumped 52 percent to 1,32,233 units.

Bajaj Auto

Bajaj sold 3,79,714 two-wheelers in November 2025

Bajaj Auto reported a 3 percent increase in two-wheeler sales to 3,79,714 units. Domestic sales dipped 1 percent to 2,02,510 units, while exports rose 8 percent to 1,77,204 units. Bajaj has also been seeing strong momentum in the electric segment, with the Chetak topping the EV two-wheeler sales charts in October 2025.

Suzuki

Suzuki sold 1,22,300 two-wheelers in November 2025

Suzuki recorded sales of 1,22,300 units, a 30 percent YoY growth from November 2024. Domestic sales grew 23 percent to 96,360 units, while exports rose by a substantial 62 percent to 25,940 units.

Royal Enfield

The company recently showcased upcoming motorcycles, including the Himalayan 750 and Bullet 650, both of which are expected to go on sale next year.
