It’s gearing up to be a championship-crowning weekend at the Mexico GP, with Kimi Antonelli needing just two points to become the youngest world champion in F1 history.
Over in MotoGP, the title fight goes on, with Jorge Martin declared fit to race at Sepang, just six days after suffering a fractured wrist. Here is your complete guide on when and where to tune in from India.
F1 Mexico GP schedule

Following his win at the US GP, Kimi Antonelli is on the verge of the being crowned the 2026 F1 world champion. A top-nine finish will hand him the title, regardless of where Goerge Russell and Lewis Hamilton finish. The only thing preventing the Italian driver from clinching the title is if Russel wins the race and Antonelli finishes P10 or lower.
Behind him, the battle for second overall in the standings is very much on, with just one point separating Russell and Hamiton. Even in the teams’ championship, Red Bull Racing and McLaren are now tied for third place overall, behind Mercedes and Ferrari.

The MotoGP championship battle will reach boiling point at Sepang. A thrilling Sprint race at Phillip Island saw Marc Marquez take the championship lead (with a 10-point advantage), while Martin’s crash resulted in a fractured wrist. The cancellation of the Sunday Grand Prix minimized Martin’s deficit, and this doesn’t look at the end of the title battle just yet.
After completing 12 laps in FP1, Martin has now been cleared to race at Sepang. However, he was 1.8 seconds of the pace, while Marquez was fastest in the opening practice session.
