Honda has yet to reveal the official specifications of the production-spec Alpha EV. However, at the unveiling of the close-to-production 0 Alpha concept, Toshikazu Hirose, a chief engineer at Honda Motor Co., said the wheelbase will be around 2700mm to 2800mm.

Hirose also said the battery pack options would be competitive and, hence, likely to be 65kWh to 75kWh units. It is also expected that the Honda Alpha’s electric motor will be mounted on the front wheel.
