  • Flexible EMI schemes allow customers to spread out the payment of the cost of service.
  • Official Whatsapp account will help improve communication with customers.

Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has introduced two new features under its vehicle service offerings. The new additions are a flexible EMI system and an official WhatsApp account. These have been designed to improve customers' convenience.

What does the flexible EMI feature provide?

With this flexible EMI option, Toyota customers have the option of spreading the cost of their car’s service over 3, 6 or 9 months. These EMI schemes come with benefits like low rates of interest and, in some cases, even a 100 percent processing fee waiver. What all this translates to is an easier repayment option for owners, especially for costlier services.

What are the benefits of the official WhatsApp account?

The main advantage of the official WhatsApp account is to allow for quicker responses, compared to other modes like e-mail. Using this facility, customers can get in touch with Toyota to book service appointments, request for breakdown services and even provide feedback on services. They can also use the number to get details about a new car, and how to purchase it, or sell/ exchange a car, and more.

Currently, Toyota’s India line-up consists of six BS6-compliant models, including the Glanza hatchback, the Yaris and Camry hybrid sedans, the Innova and Vellfire MPVs, and the Fortuner SUV. The carmaker is also working on launching the Urban Cruiser compact SUV, which is based on the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, by August in our market.
