TVS-made BMW F 450 GS adventure bike launching in India soon
Like previous years, the G 310 RR sportbike – a badge-engineered version of the TVS Apache RR 310 – remained the bestseller in BMW Motorrad’s portfolio in 2025. The company said sales of the G 310 RR increased by 24 percent year-on-year (YoY), although how many units of this single-cylinder machine were sold wasn’t specified. Imported big bikes also saw a 7 percent increase in sales last year, and the company said its R 1300 GS, R 1300 GS Adventure and S 1000 RR superbike were models that were most in demand.
2026 is shaping up to be a landmark year for BMW Motorrad, as it will be launching the TVS-made F 450 GS adventure bike very soon in our market. This bike is expected to cost somewhere between Rs 4.50 lakh and Rs 5.50 lakh (ex-showroom, India), and it is likely to be a key growth driver for the brand because it will be the second most affordable ICE two-wheeler in its portfolio after the G 310 RR.
