Mahindra Spares Business has announced that standard genuine spare parts for Mahindra vehicles will now be available online on M2ALL.com – Mahindra Group's official e-store. Mahindra passenger-vehicle owners will be able to purchase genuine spare parts for their vehicle from 20 cities across India, all facilitating doorstep delivery.

The company says that the customers will now be able to search for parts based on keywords or part numbers and use filters to simplify their search on the Mahindra website. The portal consists of a picture catalogue of parts, where product pages have all the necessary information including a brief description, part number, latest price and vehicle/variant compatibility.

In addition to authentic products, the portal also offers customers the standard Mahindra Spares warranty policy, and in terms of customer queries, the company has a dedicated back-end support team, available 24x7 over chat, emails and phone calls.

Hemant Sikka, president and chief purchase officer, Powerol and spares business, Mahindra & Mahindra, said, “At Mahindra, we are driven by customer-centricity and continuously strive to give the best products and services to our customers. Easy and prompt availability of Mahindra Genuine spare parts is the key to curb the sale of counterfeit parts and ensure safety and optimal performance of our vehicles. I am confident that the easy availability of Mahindra Genuine spare parts online through M2ALL.com will greatly enhance our customers’ satisfaction levels.”

Currently, Mahindra has got its spares business channel partners on board as sellers to provide a prompt supply of parts to customers in India. The company has listed over 1,000 commonly purchased aftermarket parts on the e-store, which Mahindra says will be updated regularly, based on customer requirements.

The spare parts business unit caters to the requirements of Mahindra vehicles and tractors used by customers. As part of its expansion strategy, the business unit plans to create hubs across India to cater to the fast-growing demand for genuine spare parts.
