Renault India is offering discounts of up to Rs 94,000 on its model line-up for July 2022. The French carmaker’s portfolio currently consists of the Kwid hatchback, the Triber MPV and the Kiger compact SUV, all of which can be availed with cash discounts, loyalty benefits and exchange bonuses. Additionally, Renault India is offering a Rs 10,000 exchange benefit on all vehicles under the scrappage policy, in whichever state applicable.

Renault Triber

Save up to Rs 94,000

The Triber is Renault’s sub-4m MPV offering for the Indian market, which is powered by a sole 72hp, 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that’s mated to a 5-speed manual or AMT transmission. Its main USP is that it can seat seven people despite its small proportions. Renault is offering cash discounts of Rs 40,000 and loyalty benefits worth Rs 44,000. Adding the Rs 10,000 scrappage policy benefit brings the total up to Rs 94,000 off on the Triber.

The Triber limited edition with more features, however, only gets loyalty benefits worth Rs 44,000, which brings the total discount to Rs 54,000, including scrappage benefits.

Renault Kwid

Save up to Rs 82,000

Renault’s budget hatchback, the Kwid, which received a facelift in 2019, comes with two petrol engine options – a 1.0-litre and an 0.8 litre unit, producing 68hp and 54hp, respectively. The Kwid's unsold stocks from 2021 get discounts of up to Rs 82,000, consisting of cash discounts worth Rs 35,000, a loyalty bonus worth Rs 37,000, and the scrappage policy benefits. The Kwid made in 2022, on the other hand, gets discounts up to Rs 77,000. These include Rs 30,000 in the form of cash discounts, while the other two offers remain the same.

Renault Kiger

Save up to Rs 75,000

The updated Kiger, which was launched in March 2022, continues with its two engine options – a 100hp, 1.0 turbo-petrol and a 72hp, 1.0 naturally aspirated petrol unit. The compact SUV is being offered at a discount, with loyalty benefits worth Rs 55,000 and corporate offers worth Rs 10,000, taking the total discount figure to Rs 75,000 after adding scrappage benefits.
