AUDI E7X powertrain details
Comes with two battery pack options and a choice between RWD and AWD
AUDI has revealed that the eSUV will be available with two powertrains: a rear-wheel-drive version producing 408hp and 500Nm and a dual-motor all-wheel-drive (AWD) version with a system output of 680hp and 800Nm. The AWD iteration, AUDI says, “instantly adapts to road conditions for unrivalled traction in all scenarios” and has a claimed 0-100kph time of 3.9 seconds.

Built on a 900-volt architecture, the AUDI E7X will be offered with a choice of 100kWh and 109kWh battery packs, with a claimed range of up to 751km (CLTC). The platform supports 4C fast charging, which essentially means that the charging rate is four times the battery capacity, enabling a claimed 429km range in 10 minutes.
The SUV will also have rear-wheel steering, Brembo brake calipers and an air suspension system.
AUDI E7X interior design and features
Offers a 4- or 5-seat configuration with reclinable seats and massive displays

Along with the powertrain specifications, AUDI has also revealed the interior of the electric SUV. It gets 139.1-degree reclining front seats for optimal comfort when not driving. The dashboard features a 27-inch 4K curved panoramic display and a 3-spoke steering wheel with a mix of physical and touch-enabled buttons.

The AUDI E7X is offered with a choice between 4 and 5 seats, and all the seats come with heating, ventilation and massage functions. The backrest in both seating configurations can be reclined to 130 degrees and can be folded at the touch of a button. The rear seats are also equipped with convenience features such as powered leg rests for the seats on both sides and 6-way adjustable headrests. The highlight, however, is a 21.4-inch rear-seat entertainment screen, which deploys from the headliner and can be used to watch content and even play games via an attached console.
Offered with a Bose sound system, a 7.2-litre fridge and 23 airbags

Other features include a 26-speaker Bose audio system with surround sound, including speakers on the front seat backrests (near the shoulder) and rear seat headrests, an advanced AI-powered voice assistant system that can manage vehicle functions, and a 7.2-litre fridge for the rear seat passengers. In terms of safety, AUDI has equipped it with 23 airbags, an ADAS suite with a lidar sensor, and auto park assist with memory function.
AUDI E7X exterior design
Features over 1,500 LED DRLs arranged in an oval shape and Matrix LED headlights
The AUDI E7X gets a bold exterior design with vertically-stacked Matrix LED headlights, connected via an oval-shaped series of over 1,500 triangular LED lights surrounding the closed-off grille. The bumper features functional air intakes for cooling the battery pack and internals.

In profile, it gets 22-inch aerodynamic alloy wheels, flush-type door handles, and camera-based outside rearview mirrors (ORVMs). The taillights mimic the design of the front LED DRLs, and a black bumper with a silver skid plate.
The AUDI E7X is China-exclusive and is, hence, unlikely to be launched here in India. In China, this SUV precedes a three-box electric sedan, which is due to debut in the country by 2027.
