After the C3 and Basalt, Citroen India has now rejigged the Aircross line-up by adding an 'X' suffix to select variants, along with several feature additions. The Citroen Aircross X prices start from Rs 9.77 lakh, ex-showroom, while the standard Aircross price is Rs 8.29 lakh.

2025 Citroen Aircross X exterior updates
New Deep Forest Green exterior shade
In addition to the new Aircross X badging on the tailgate, the midsize SUV gets the option of a new Deep Forest Green exterior colour. Otherwise, it doesn’t feature any notable differentiators on the outside.

360-degree camera, ventilated front seats
Inside, the Aircross X line-up features a leatherette-wrapped dashboard with gold accents, a bezel-less 10.25-inch touchscreen, a 7-inch digital driver’s display, a redesigned gear lever and a 360-degree camera setup (only as an option in the top-spec trim).
Cara AI assistant has also been added, which can perform functions like real-time flight-status tracking, traffic and route optimisation in accordance with flight schedules, vehicle health status updates, and more. LED projector fog lamps, auto interior rearview mirror (IRVM), passive entry, push-button start/stop, cruise control and ventilated seats are also on offer.
5-star Bharat NCAP crash safety rating
As standard, all variants of the Citroen SUV come with six airbags, ISOFIX child seat mounts, electronic stability control, a tyre-pressure monitoring system and hill-hold assist. The Aircross recently got a 5-star safety rating at the Bharat NCAP crash tests.
2025 Citroen Aircross X engine and gearbox options
1.2-litre naturally aspirated and turbo-petrol engine choices
The Aircross You base variant comes with an 82hp, 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox only; a CNG kit can also be installed as a dealer-level fitment. The mid-spec Aircross X Plus and Max trims feature a more powerful 110hp, 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. A 6-speed torque converter automatic option, however, is offered only on the Aircross X Max variant.
