The Ola S1X made its debut in the Indian market on August 15, 2023, and was soon eliminated after the 2nd Gen models were released in 2024. The 2nd Gen range was again replaced by the 3rd Gen Ola S1X range, which was introduced on January 31, 2025. As of now, the third-gen Ola S1X electric scooters are available for sale in the Indian market. 

The present Ola S1X range includes 4 variants: S1X 2 kWh, S1X 3 kWh, S1X 4 kWh, and S1X Plus. Each variant of the Ola S1X electric scooter comes equipped with a mid-drive motor that produces 11 kW of power and a chain drive system that delivers strong low-end torque.

The Ola S1X price starts at ₹80.00 thousand and goes up to ₹1.15 lakh (ex-showroom). In contrast, the Ola S1X on road price varies based on insurance, variant selected, and other factors. But it generally falls between ₹89,490 thousand and ₹1.22 lakh in major Indian cities.

This 3rd Gen Ola electric scooter comes pre-installed with the brand's advanced MoveOS 5 software that offers several features like - Smart Park, Emergency SOS, and smartwatch connectivity. In the Indian EV scooter market, the Ola S1X electric scooter competes with the Honda QC1 and Ampere Magnus.
