A little over a month ago Yamaha updated all its scooter offerings with its version of a linked braking system called UBS (Unified Braking System). Yamaha also made a ‘Season Green’ colour scheme available on the Fascino.

Now, the scooter will be available in a new colour called Darknight. The Fascino Darknight is priced at Rs. 56,793 (ex-showroom, Delhi), Rs 1,500 more than the other colour options on offer. The Darknight colour scheme is an all-black option which has also been seen available on other Yamaha motorcycles in India like the Saluto RX, R15 V 3.0, and the Ray ZR.

Yamaha has five scooters on offer in the country – the Fascino, Cygnus Alpha, Cygnus Ray Z, Cygnus Ray ZR and Cygnus Ray ZR Street Rally. All five models are powered by the same 113cc engine that makes 7.2hp and 8.1Nm of torque.
