TVS has launched the Ntorq 125 in a Matte Silver colour option to celebrate the multiple awards it’s won for ‘Scooter of the Year’. The new colour scheme is only available on the disc brake variant and is priced the same as the other colour options, at Rs 59,995. Apart from the new colour scheme, TVS has also given the Ntorq a ‘Scooter of the Year’ badge on the apron that all Ntorq scooters will, henceforth, feature.
The addition of the new colour scheme means the Ntorq is available in a total of seven colour options, of which, two are metallic and five are with matte finishes. Last month, TVS also introduced a drum brake variant of the scooter, priced at Rs 58,552. The Ntorq is powered by a 124.8cc, single-cylinder engine that makes 9.4hp at 7,500rpm and 10.5Nm of torque at 5,500rpm.
The Ntorq 125 has proven to be quite a popular scooter for the company, with sales crossing the 1 lakh units mark in less than seven months after its launch. The TVS Ntorq 125 also managed to bag the Scooter of the Year title at the Autocar Awards 2019.
