Suzuki has updated the legendary Hayabusa to meet the latest OBD2B norms. This change comes at no additional cost, and the Hayabusa remains priced at Rs 16.90 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

    2. Gets three new colours for 2025; price stays the same

Suzuki Hayabusa updated to OBD2B emission standards

Price unchanged, gets some new colours

The Suzuki Hayabusa has been given a rather straightforward, no-frills OBD2B update. Aside from complying with stricter norms and adding three new colours, the ‘Busa is identical to the previous model. It continues to be powered by the same liquid-cooled, 1340cc, inline-four motor, making a huge 190hp and 150Nm of torque. This engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox, with a bidirectional quickshifter as standard.

Since the Gen-3 Hayabusa debuted in 2020, Suzuki’s hyperbike has had a raft of electronic aids like traction control, power modes, launch control, cruise control and dual-channel ABS, all supplemented by a six-axis IMU. But, strangely, the latest India-spec model doesn’t benefit from the small yet helpful electronic updates that the international model received recently. The only change to the Indian Hayabusa is the introduction of three new colours: Metallic Mat Steel Green/Glass Sparkle Black, Glass Sparkle Black/Metallic Mat Titanium Silver and Metallic Mystic Silver/Pearl Vigor Blue.

At Rs 16.90 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), the Suzuki Hayabusa sits pretty much in a segment of its own with no direct rivals.
