KTM 390 range gets 10 year warranty from select dealers

KTM dealers in India are offering an extended warranty on the entire 390 range of motorcycles. The scheme covers the 390 Duke, RC 390, 390 Adventure, 390 Adventure X and 390 Enduro R.

  1. KTM 390 range warranty valid only till August 31
  2. Warranty valid only for first owners and cannot be transferred

Only select dealers are offering this warranty

KTM had introduced a similar extension earlier this year, and this is no different. The warranty extends coverage to 10 years or 1.25 lakh kilometres, whichever comes first. This includes the standard 5-year warranty and an additional 5-year extended package, bundled at no extra cost.

However, the offer comes with conditions. It is valid only for purchases completed and invoiced by August 31, 2025, and applies exclusively to the first owner. The warranty is non-transferable, and all claims must be serviced through authorised KTM workshops in line with the company’s terms and conditions.

It’s worth noting that this warranty is being offered on a dealer level, and KTM India hasn’t officially sent out a release regarding this. Furthermore, this warranty is only being offered by select dealers with the intention of boosting sales. It would be advisable to check with your nearest dealer for more information.

For prospective buyers weighing options in the premium single-cylinder segment, the assurance of decade-long coverage could prove to be a strong incentive. The 390 range, except for the RC 390, is powered by the same 399cc engine that produces 46hp and 39Nm. The RC 390 still packs the previous-gen 373cc motor that makes 43hp and 37Nm.
