Hero MotoCorp: 4,91,416 units

Hero reported a slight 1.35 percent decline compared to its May 2024 sales number of 4,98,123 units. However, this is still a 16.24 percent increase compared to the 4,22,757 units it sold last June. Hero’s Xoom scooter line-up will expand this year and to read more about that, tap here.

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India: 4,82,597 units

With 4.82 lakh units sold, Honda has closed down the gap to Hero. It has done so while reporting a 7.10 percent increase compared to its May 2024 sales tally of 4,50,589 units. Compared to its curiously low June 2023 sales number of 3,02,756 units, it reported a substantial 59.40 percent increase. Honda recently held a customer clinic where it showcased three 300cc off-road bikes that could be launched in India. For more information on that, tap here.

Suzuki: 71,086 units

After a few strong months, Suzuki witnessed a slump in sales in June. Compared to its unusually strong May 2024 sales figure of 1,11,512 units, it reported a 36.25 percent decrease.
