Ducati has launched its retro-styled Scrambler Café Racer in India at Rs 9.32 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The Café Racer will join the Icon, the Classic, the Full Throttle and the recently launched Desert Sled in Ducati India’s Scrambler line-up.

The Scrambler Cafe Racer differentiates itself from the other models with a rear-view mirror mounted aluminium clip-on handlebars, a dual-piped exhaust, black anodised aluminium cover and a dedicated seat featuring a cover for the passenger section.

This variant also gets cast aluminium 17-inch alloys shod in Pirelli Diablo Rosso II tyres – 120/70 ZR 17 at the front and 180/55 ZR17 at the rear. The Cafe Racer, true to its sporting credentials, gets a Brembo braking system that features a Bosch 9.1 MP ABS with a pressure sensor and a radial-type front brake pump.

The Café Racer shares the 803cc twin-cylinder motor with the other Scramblers in the same state of tune with 73hp and 67Nm of torque.

Like the other Scramblers, the Cafe Racer also has a dedicated line of accessories and apparel. It will be available in a black coffee colour with a black frame and gold wheels across all Ducati dealerships in India.
