The brand also recorded impressive growth in the US market

The Italian manufacturer’s success extended beyond its home market. In 2025, Aprilia emerged as the leading European brand in fully-faired sportbike sales across Europe, capturing a 13 percent market share. While the brand has not disclosed specific sales figures, it claims to have outsold its two main European competitors combined in this segment.

Aprilia has also made notable inroads in the United States, where it ranked fifth in sportbike sales overall and remains the leading European manufacturer in the category. Notably, the brand recorded the highest growth among all manufacturers in 2025, with a 30 percent increase over 2024 figures.

In India, the 2026 Aprilia RS 457 was launched last month at Rs 4.22 lakh (ex-showroom, Maharashtra), including the new Coral Blue Snake and Arsenic Yellow colour schemes. A GP Replica variant, featuring official sponsor graphics, a blacked-out frame and swingarm, and a bi-directional quickshifter as standard, is priced at Rs 4.37 lakh.
