The Mercedes-Benz CLA Electric has debuted in India ahead of its launch in April 2026. It serves as a replacement to the ICE-powered A-Class sedan and the EQA and EQB e-SUVs in the manufacturer's lineup. It is offered with an 85.5kWh battery pack that gives it a WLTP-claimed range of 792km. It is mated with a rear-axle-mounted electric motor that puts out 268hp and 335Nm, claiming a 0-100kph sprint in 6.2 seconds. It gets a sleek exterior design with all-LED lighting, a blanked-off grille with silver stars, and flush-type door handles. Inside it gets a 10.25-inch driver’s display, a 14-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 3-spoke steering wheel and debuts MB.OS featuring AI-driven functions for the manufacturer.
