2025 Hyundai Venue 5 Things to know ahead of its launch

Hyundai will soon launch a new generation of the Venue compact SUV. Thanks to recent uncamouflaged spy shots and information from the recent Hyundai investor summit, we know that the Venue is set to get significant updates to its exterior, a new interior design and several feature additions. Here’s everything you need to know about the 2025 Hyundai Venue ahead of its launch on November 4.

  1. Venue exterior to get new front fascia, flared wheel arches, dual-tone bumper
  2. Interior to have a dual 12.3-inch infotainment, digital display setup
  3. Other highlights include new switchgear and steering wheel, Level 2 ADAS

The new-gen Venue sports a new front fascia with a split headlamp arrangement similar to other Hyundai models. The side is characterised by the familiar Venue silhouette but gets flared wheel arches and sharp character lines along with side-body cladding. The rear will feature a connected LED tail-lamp setup with Venue branding in the centre, and the bumper – complete with cladding – will get a dual-tone treatment.

New Hyundai Venue: What’s new inside?

The 2025 Venue interior sees major design changes. Spy shots reveal a dual-screen infotainment and digital display setup, new switchgear and a new steering wheel. Hyundai recently confirmed that the screen sizes will be 12.3 inches, bigger than those on the Creta. The new infotainment system will also support over-the-air (OTA) updates. Other notable additions include new Level 2 ADAS, bringing it on par with the Creta and Alcazar’s ADAS abilities; the current-gen Venue has Level 1 ADAS. A 360-degree camera is also expected to be part of the package.

New Hyundai Venue: What engines will be on offer?

The next-generation Venue is expected to retain the current model’s three engine options: a 100hp 1.5-litre diesel, an 83hp 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol and a 120hp 1.0-litre turbo-petrol. The turbo-petrol mill will likely continue with the 6-speed MT and 7-speed DCT gearboxes, the base NA petrol engine with a 5-speed MT, and the diesel could come mated to a 6-speed MT.

New Hyundai Venue: What’s the expected price?

We expect the 2025 Venue’s ex-showroom price to be between Rs 8.5 lakh and Rs 13 lakh, on par with segment rivals. For reference, the Venue’s outgoing version costs between Rs 8.48 lakh and Rs 12.18 lakh.

New Hyundai Venue: What cars will it rival?

The Venue will continue to rival the likes of the Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV 3XO, Maruti Brezza and Skoda Kylaq, among others. It sits in one of the most crowded segments in the Indian automotive space – the sub-4-metre SUVs, which comprise nearly a dozen models.
