Heading into the finale, Johann (son of seven-time national champion Emmanuel Jebaraj) trailed championship leader Marton Belleli by nine points. After qualifying P2, he managed to win both races to secure his first international title with a 21-point advantage.
It was a season of highs and lows for Johann. While he did win six out of 10 races, he also suffered three retirements due to mechanical issues and a heavy 200kph crash early in the season.
“It’s an incredible feeling to secure my first international title in my debut season on a 600cc machine. I was thrilled after the race. Every bit of hard work and sacrifice was worth it. But this is just the beginning, and there’s still a long way ahead,” Johann said.
Alongside racing in the Qatar Superstock 600 Championship, Johann has also been competing in the Indian National Motorcycle Racing Championship. Just earlier this month, he secured top honours at the 2026 edition of the KTM Cup as well.
