It’s going to be an action-packed weekend of racing with F1 heading to the Temple of Speed, Monza, for Round 16. Will Lando Norris bounce back and close the gap to his McLaren teammate Piastri? Or will Ferrari score a surprise win on home soil?

2025 F1 Italian GP schedule

The title battle swung in Piastri’s favour last time out at the Dutch GP after Norris was forced to retire due to a mechanical issue. 34 points now separate the two McLaren drivers, and Norris will be looking to claw back some lost ground this weekend.
It’s also a crucial weekend for Ferrari – not just because it’s the team’s home race. The Italian squad will be hoping for a strong result to bounce back after its double DNF at Zandvoort. The SF-25 will also be sporting a special livery this weekend, paying tribute to Niki Lauda’s first world championship victory 50 years ago.

2025 MotoGP Catalan GP schedule

Marc Marquez already has one hand on the 2025 MotoGP title, with a mammoth 175-point lead in the standings. He hasn’t won a race at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya since 2019, though, and will be looking change that this weekend.
Alex Marquez is second overall, 52 points ahead of Francesco Bagnaia. The fight for third place in the standings is very much on, though, with a resurgent Marco Bezzecchi just 31 points behind Bagnaia with right rounds to go. Having scored four podiums in the last three rounds (across the sprint and feature races), Pedro Acosta is now fourth overall, 33 points behind Bezzecchi.

2025 WEC Lone Star Le Mans schedule

Austin’s Circuit of the Americas will host Round 6 of the World Endurance Championship (WEC). Its Ferrari vs Ferrari at the top of the standings, with the factory No. 51 crew of Alessandro Pier Guidi, Antonio Giovinazzi and James Calado leading the drivers’ championship. But the privately entered No. 83 AF Corse Ferrari crew of Robert Kubica, Philip Hanson and Yifei Ye is just 12 points behind.
Cadillac will be looking to defeat Ferrari once again after scoring a breakthrough win at the 6 Hours of Sao Paulo.
WEC Lone Star Le Mans: Where to watch?
Fans in India can watch live coverage of the Lone Star Le Mans race on FIA WEC TV. The weekend pass costs 8.99 euros (Approx Rs 900) and includes live streaming of FP3, qualifying and the race, along with real-time telemetry, access to onboard camera streams and session replays.

2025 F2 Italian GP schedule

Action in the F2 championship resumes after the month-long summer break. Home hero Leonardo Fornaroli leads the standings, 17 points ahead of Jak Crawford. Interestingly, pole position may not be the place to be. Since 2017, only one driver – Oscar Piastri – has gone on to win the feature race from pole position.
India’s Kush Maini is currently P13 overall and will be looking to add to his points tally to gain ground this weekend.
