The Mahindra BE 6 Sporteq is a new version of the BE 6 electric SUV that is expected to sit at the top of the range. Its key changes are to the cabin, including a redesigned dashboard and a dedicated passenger display that gives it a triple-screen layout.
The Mahindra BE 6 Sporteq is expected to launch in India on August 15, 2026.
The Mahindra BE 6 Sporteq is expected to be priced between Rs 23 lakh and Rs 24 lakh, ex-showroom.
The Sporteq is expected to sit towards the top of the BE 6 range and will command a premium over lower variants because of its additional equipment and redesigned cabin.
The BE 6 Sporteq is expected to use the 79kWh battery pack.
The BE 6 Sporteq is expected to have a claimed MIDC range of 683km.
The Sporteq has not yet been tested by Autocar India. In our test of the 79kWh BE 6, we recorded 439km in the city, 459km on the highway and 449km overall. The Sporteq is expected to deliver similar efficiency as it uses the same 79kWh battery and rear-mounted motor.
