The newly launched Renault Lodgy MPV is available in four trims — Standard, RxE, RxL and RxZ. The new MPV will be offered with two versions of Renault’s 1.5-litre K9K diesel engine, generating 84bhp and 108.5bhp, called the 85PS and 110PS versions, respectively. The new Lodgy 85PS gets a five-speed manual transmission while the Lodgy 110PS comes with a six-speed manual gearbox. There are six paint shades and a two year/50,000km warranty on offer.
The base Standard and RxE trims are only available on the 85PS variant while the 110PS RxZ trim Lodgy will be offered with a seven-seat variant in addition to the eight-seat option. Here's a look at the features available on the different variants:
Renault Lodgy Standard (85PS - Rs 8.19 lakh)
The base variant of the Lodgy gets standard features such as body coloured bumpers, roof rails, chrome tailgate garnish, hub caps, air conditioning, seating for eight, reclining and 60:40 folding second-row seats, 50:50 folding third row seats (you also have the option to completely remove the third row on all variants), tilt adjustability on the power steering, headlight-on warning, digital clock and 12V socket for the first row.
In terms of safety, the Standard trim gets ABS, EBD, brake assist, engine immobiliser, driver door ajar warning and rear child lock.
Renault Lodgy RxE (85PS - Rs 8.99 lakh)
In addition to the features on the Standard trim, the RxE trim gets a chrome front grille, black side body moulding, cabin lamps for all three rows, armrest in the second row with cupholders, roof-mounted AC vents for the second and third row, power windows front and rear, keyless entry and 12V sockets in the second row.
Safety features on the RxE also include central locking and door ajar warning for all four doors.
Renault Lodgy RxL (85PS - Rs 9.59 lakh; 110PS - Rs 10.09 lakh)
The RxL trim gets all the features from the RxE trim and adds features such as body coloured ORVMs and door handles, wheel covers, piano black centre facia and a four-speaker audio system with aux, USB and Bluetooth compatibility.
In terms of safety, the RxL gets a driver airbag, auto door-lock and driver seatbelt reminder.
Renault Lodgy RxZ (85PS - Rs 10.89 lakh; 110PS [8-seater] - Rs 11.49 lakh; 110PS [7-seater] - Rs 11.79 lakh)
In addition to the features from the RxL, the top RxZ trim gets chrome upper grille moulding, front fog lamps, alloy wheels, body coloured and chrome side body mouldings, chrome gearshift knob, fabric/leather door inserts, premium fabric/leather upholstery, driver side auto up/down window, touchscreen infotainment system with four speakers, phone and audio control switches, trip computer, electrically adjustable ORVMs, parking sensors, rear view camera, cruise control and front seatbelt height adjuster. All three rows get 12V charging sockets.
The RxZ trim is also available as a seven-seater in the 110PS Lodgy and this version gets second row captain seats and flight tray tables.
In addition to the safety features from the RxL, the RxZ trim also gets a passenger airbag, rear wiper and washer and rear defogger.
