Mahindra has launched a 9-seater variant of the Xylo MPV called the Xylo D2 Maxx. Targeted mainly at fleet operators, the Xylo Maxx comes with 9 seats (including the driver's) which means the third row gets side-facing seats.

Power comes from a 2.5 litre mDI CRDe engine that also does duty in various other Mahindra products. This engine delivers an ARAI-rated fuel economy figure of 14.95kpl. The 2.5-litre engine churns out 93.7bhp and 22.4kgm of torque.

The Xylo D2 Maxx comes with black bumpers and wing mirrors, and it gets steel wheels.
