Jeep has brought in additional units of the Wrangler Willys 41 Special Edition to India, which was launched last year at Rs 73.24 lakh. For MY2026, the special edition is priced at Rs 70.31 lakh, making it around Rs 3 lakh more affordable. Allocation for this model year is higher at 41 units, compared to 30 units last year.

Jeep reintroduces Wrangler Willys 41 Special Edition at Rs 70.31 lakh

The Wrangler Willys 41 Special Edition is essentially an India-exclusive special edition of the Wrangler SUV. Based on the top-of-the-line Rubicon trim, it mainly features cosmetic upgrades and exclusive accessories. It gets a new ‘41 Green’ exterior paint that takes inspiration from the military green seen on the first-ever Willys Jeep. Additional paint options on offer include White, Red, Black and Blue. It also sports a ‘1941’ decal on the hood, marking the year production began for the first military-spec Jeep, the Willys MB.

Standard accessories worth Rs 2 lakh on the Wrangler Willys 41 Special Edition include a powered side step, new interior grab handles, all-weather floor mats and front and rear dashcams. For an additional Rs 3.6 lakh, you can also have optional accessories such as a roof carrier with an integrated side ladder and a Sunrider rooftop. Compared to last year, the optional accessories cost about a lakh less.

The special edition Wrangler continues to be powered by a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 272hp and 400Nm of torque. This unit is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission along with a 4x4 drive layout as standard.
