Chevrolet has launched the LPG version of its Beat hatchback.

According to Chevrolet, the Beat comes with a ‘Next Generation’ LPG Kit which features Advanced Multipoint Sequential LPG Injection technology that is different from the Venturi-type kit currently available in the market. The Beat features General Motors’ recently showcased SMARTECH engine.

The Beat comes with a fuel tank capacity of 35-litre for Petrol and 32.8 litres (28 litres usable) for LPG. As per the company claims, the Beat can cover 349km on one tank of LPG, and with combined fuel usage, it can stretch its legs till 1000km. 

The Beat LPG is offered with 3-years or 100,000km warranty and is available in LS and LT variants.
