The handlebar is positioned closer to the rider, reducing the forward stretch while maintaining the familiar riding stance. The Diavel V4 has 1,158cc V4 engine that performs better on the recommended 95-octane fuel than on regular petrol. It produces 168hp and 126Nm. Even after replacing L-twin engine, it retains familiar Ducati character at low speeds while delivering smoother performance above 3,000rpm. It has a new cylinder deactivation system that reduces engine heat during idle and light engine loads, improving comfort in traffic. Low-speed fueling may feel dull in Urban and Wet modes. There is a slight surge when all four cylinders become active again in slow-moving traffic.
