Hiroaki Fujita is the new Yamaha CEO for India. Fujita has working with Yamaha Motor Co for the last 32 years. Until now, he was serving has the general manager in the engineering division at Yamaha’s Intelligent Machinery. Fujita's appointment will be effective from January 1, 2015.

Hiroaki Fujita, the newest decision maker for Yamaha’s operations in India will take control of the motorcycle manufacturing unit here - India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd. (IYM) andYamaha’s sales operations - Yamaha Motor India Sales Pvt. Ltd. (YMIS) and Yamaha’s research and development facility - Yamaha Motor Research & Development India Pvt. Ltd. (YMRI).

The Yamaha Motor India group of companies is responsible for corporate business planning and expansion, and quality and compliance assurance in India, which will all be supervised by 54-year-old Fujita shortly.
