Benelli TRK 502 range updated: What’s new?

For 2025, Benelli has added a few new features to keep the TRK 502 range fresh

Launched in 2019, the TRK 502 range has remained unaltered since then. Now, the brand has given the duo their first feature update. For 2025, both bikes get a new TFT display with offline maps, smartphone connectivity, heated grips and a heated rider’s seat. Benelli has also given the TRK range a few new safety features, such as TPMS (tyre pressure monitoring system) and a slipper clutch. Additionally, the 502X now gets a pair of cross-spoke tubeless wheels that replace the older spoked wheels.

Interestingly, the road-focused TRK 502, which rolls on 17-inch wheels with alloys at both ends, has a higher dry weight of 223kg. In comparison, the off-road-biased 502X, which comes with a 19-inch cross-spoke front wheel, has a dry weight of 213kg. This is despite the fact that the 502X comes with a beefy upswept exhaust, whereas the 502 gets an underbelly exhaust. The brand also claims that the aluminium swingarm has been optimised for better handling, although there is no difference in their respective weights.
