Suzuki will soon be adding a new matte-burgundy colour scheme to the available palette of the Access 125 SE. While we await an official statement from the company, dealers have hinted that it will likely be priced the same price the existing three colours – Metallic Matte Black, Metallic Sonic Silver and Pearl Mirage White – Rs 61,788 for the disc-brake variant with CBS.

The Access 125 SE (Special Edition) differs from the standard variant solely in terms of cosmetic features – it gets a chrome finish on the rear-view mirror and around the headlight, a coloured seat and a DC charging socket. Mechanically, it makes the same 8.7hp at 7,000rpm and 10.2Nm of torque at 5,000rpm.

Most dealers we spoke with have confirmed that the new matte-burgundy model has reached their dealerships; and they have begun accepting bookings for the scooter.
