Rynox has launched the Wingman Initiative that will provide its customers with a complementary accident insurance cover of Rs 50,000 (valid for 1 year), for purchases made after May 1 ,2019. A minimum purchase of Rs 4,000 on the brand's jackets, pants or gloves will allow a customer to be eligible for this scheme.
The insurance covers permanent disability or hospitalisation due to an accident, and a customer can register for the same through the Rynox website by entering personal details, a picture of the invoice and the 15-digit Rynox Product Code found on the product.
Rynox is one of the most well-known Indian gear manufacturers and the company has stated that while its gear will help reduce injuries in the event of a fall, the Wingman Initiative will ‘give you a hand to help you get back up afterwards’.
