Honda has released a teaser revealing that it will soon add a new model to its Forza line of scooters, on October 14. At the moment, the Forza line-up is made up of two models - the Honda Forza 125 and the Honda Forza 300. The teaser ends with the tagline, “The Forza family is getting bigger.” and this could mean one of two things.

It could either mean the addition of a new third scooter that is powered by a larger displacement engine, perhaps the 750cc unit that powers the X-ADV. Or on the one hand, it could also mean that the current Forza125/Forza 300 gets slightly larger engines for 2021. This seems more likely for the Forza 300 as a Forza 350 was showcased in Thailand, a few months ago. This Forza 350 is powered by a 330cc single-cylinder that offers better performance than the current 279cc single-cylinder unit.

The teaser video also revealed details like the front cowl and engine casing that look reminiscent of the rest of the Forza line. Considering it’s maxi-scooter design, it’s likely the new addition to the Honda Forza line-up will boast of features like full LED lighting and cruise control.

The Forza range of scooters has never officially been sold in India. However, earlier this year, Honda confirmed that it is planning to introduce the Forza line in our country. These plans have likely been postponed given the pandemic, but we could expect to see the Forza here, in the near future.
