Jawa has introduced a Roadside Assistance (RSA) programme at Rs 1,050 for a year. This facility is available for all three of the company’s models – the Jawa, the Forty Two and the Perak. It’s not only new owners that can opt for the RSA facility, but dealers suggest that anyone with a Jawa that’s up to three years old can get it.

The service is said to be available 24x7 across 950 cities in India. Towing facility will be available free of charge for 100km from the location of the breakdown. In addition to a towing facility, the RSA service also includes roadside repair, puncture, fuel assistance and lost key retrieval.

Other facilities include assistance with a crane in case the bike happens to fall into a ditch and even medical help, but these do come at an additional cost.
