10th place: Maruti despatched 12,600 Balenos in July.
9th place: Tata despatched 12,855 Nexons in July.
8th place: Maruti despatched 12,900 Fronx SUVs to its Nexa dealers.
7th place: The Scorpio N and Scorpio Classic had combined wholesales of 13,800 units.
6th place: Maruti despatched 14,100 Brezza conpact SUVs in July.
5th place: 14,200 Maruti Swifts were despatched to dealers in July.
4th place: Maruti's Wagon R was the best-selling hatchback in July, with 14,710 units.
3rd place: The Maruti Ertiga was the best-selling MPV in July, with 16,604 units.
2nd place: With 16,898 units, Hyundai's Creta was the best-selling SUV in July.
1st place: The Dzire is the only model to have wholesales of over 20,000, at 20,895 units in July.
Maruti Suzuki continues to dominate the list of 10 bestselling cars in India with 7 models, from the Dzire compact sedan to the Fronx compact SUV and Baleno hatchback. The Hyundai Creta is still the best-selling SUV, while the Maruti Ertiga is the best-selling MPV. The best-selling hatchback in July was the Maruti Wagon R. The Mahindra Scorpio brand (which includes the Scorpio N and the Classic) and the Tata Nexon also feature on the best-seller's list in July.
