My monthly running is 700 km, with 50% city and 50% Highway, I'm owing Tata Altroz petrol and looking for upgrade, I've shortlisted Maruti Fronx cng, breeza cng and Punch cng due to running cost. Which car would be better among this, I don't want to stretch my budget too much.

The Tata Punch CNG would be a good option for you. The main advantage the Punch CNG has over the Maruti Suzuki Fronx and Brezza CNG is that you get a proper usable boot space. The CNG tanks in the Punch are placed under the boot floor, while they are in the boot in the Marutis. However if boot space isn’t a concern, its worth considering the Brezza as it has a roomier cabin and a smoother 1.5-litre engine.
