Kia Cerato on display at Auto Expo 2018

New entrant Kia has a massive display at Auto Expo 2018 and the executive sedan Cerato is one of the models on display at the show floor. The sedan is over 4.5m in length and is powered by a 1.6-litre petrol motor that makes 130hp and 157Nm of peak torque.

The car features most of the expected tech like heated and cooled front seats, dual-zone climate control, keyless entry and safety features including a blind spot detection system.

Although a production-ready car that's based on the Hyundai Elantra, the Cerato isn’t likely to make it to Indian showrooms anytime soon given the segment's performance. Most of the models on display at the Korean company's stand won't make it to our shores, however, Kia does have on display the SP Concept and that points to an SUV due to go on sale in India in 2019.
