The Valley Run 2025 summer edition

The Valley Run returns, with two editions set to be held this year. The first of these, the summer edition, will be held at the Aamby Valley City airstrip from April 11-13. This will be followed by the winter edition in November 2025.

  1. Tickets and participants registrations open online
  2. Event will double up as Round 1 of the Elite Cup

Since its debut in 2013, The Valley Run has grown to become one the most anticipated events in India’s drag racing scene. The last edition, held in end-2024, saw over 700 participants and 8,000 spectators, and a whole host of records were broken.

Sean Rogers Pachigalla’s modified Audi R8 set the fastest quarter-mile run in India with a time of 9.215 seconds. Ajit Suvarna also set a new foreign bike wheelie record with a time of 8.797 seconds. Another major highlight was the Ultraviolette F99’s quarter mile time of 10.712 seconds, which made it the fastest motorcycle ever by an Indian manufacturer at The Valley Run.

The upcoming April edition will also double up as Round 1 of the 2025 Elite Cup drag racing championship. Round 2 will be held in Bengaluru from October 24-26. The championship will return to Aamby Valley for the finale, to be held from November 24-26.

Participant registrations are currently open on organiser Elite Octane’s website, while spectator tickets are on sale on BookMyShow.

Along with all the action on the drag strip, the event will also host drifting and stunt displays, along with some more activities. Rickey Gadson, 13-time World Drag Racing Champion, will also be present at the event. Watch this space for all the latest updates.
