The Sherco TVS Factory Rally Team saw great success at the 15th edition of the PanAfrica Rally. Michael Metge took the top spot for the team at the rally with brother and teammate, Adrien Metge, taking the 3rd spot. Abdul Wahid Tanveer, an Indian rider for TVS, also performed well and managed to secure 8th place.

Interestingly, the winner, Michael, was behind his brother Adrian after the first leg. However, things changed on the day 2 – Michael took the lead and was unstoppable, then after. Sadly, Aravind KP (also part of the Sherco TVS team) crashed out at the event.

“The PanAfrica Rally is tough and very competitive; but I am thrilled to have won the championship,” said Michael Metge, Racer, Sherco TVS Factory Rally Team, commenting on his performance. “It has been a great learning ground and I would like to thank my team for their never-ending support.”
