FMSCI releases dates for six National Championships

One of the highlights is the new National Superleague TSD Rally Championship to complement the popular Indian National TSD Rally Championship.

The Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India (FMSCI) has announced the dates for six of the 13 National Championships for the 2016 season.

One of the highlights is the new National Superleague TSD Rally Championship to complement the popular Indian National TSD Rally Championship.

In the Superleague Championship, the total competitive distances of the rallies are set at a minimum 125km and a maximum of 300km per day/leg.

The two-wheeler Indian National Dirt Track Championship and the Indian National Autocross Championship have also been revived this year.

Two rounds of the MMSC FMSCI Indian National Racing Championship and the first round of the FMSCI National Superleague TSD Rally Championship have been completed.

MMSC FMSCI Indian National Racing Championship for cars

(MRF Formula 1600, Super Stock saloons, Indian Touring Cars, Indian Junior Touring Cars,  Formula LGB 1300 & VW Vento Cup)

Round 1 – Jan 29-31 (MMRT, Chennai)
Round 2 – March 4-6 (MMRT, Chennai)
Round 3 – June 17-19 (KMS, Coimbatore)
Round 4 – July 15-17 (MMRT, Chennai)
Round 5 – Aug 19-21 (MMRT, Chennai)
Round 6 – Sept 16-18 (MMRT or BIC, Greater Noida)
