Force India protege Jehan Daruvala took his first Formula Renault win in Race two of the Hungaroring NEC weekend after teammate Lando Norris retired from lead.

The Josef Kaufman Racing driver started on the front-row alongside teammate Norris, who got a good start to lead the Mumbai driver in the opening laps.

It was JKR 1-2-3 after Robert Shwartzman gained two places to third before Norris retired from the race handing the lead to Daruvala.

The Indian then led every lap to take his maiden win in the championship, his fourth formula car win of 2016 after three in the Toyota Racing Series.

Shwartzman finished second, 1.427s behind registering a JKR 1-2 as Ferdinand Habsburg completed the podium.
