As part of Volkswagen’s festive season preparations, the company has added new special-edition variants of the Polo and Vento, namely the Polo Exquisite edition, and the Vento Highline Plus.

Changes on both cars are purely cosmetic. Additions to the feature list include faux carbon-fiber ORVMs, a fully black roof, and black side molding. Interiors get scuff-plates for the door sills, a faux carbon-fibre finish for the centre console, textile floor mats and removable window blinds. The Polo also gets a boot-lid garnish.

The Polo Exquisite gets part-leather seat covers, while the Vento Highline Plus gets a Blaupunkt music system with a 7.0-inch touchscreen-enabled navigation system with an SD card slot. The limited-edition variants will be available on the manual transmission equipped Highline trims of the 1.2 MPI and 1.5 TDI Polo, and 1.6 MPI and 1.5 TDI Vento.

The Polo Exquisite edition will be on offer for the month of October at an additional cost of Rs 12,830 over the standard Highline MT whereas the Vento Highline Plus retails at a premium of Rs 27,750 over the standard Highline MT (ex-showroom, Mumbai).
