The Parx Super Car Show is back! This will be the seventh edition of the popular auto extravaganza. There will be no dearth of horsepower nor of jaw-dropping curves come January 11, when an entire array of exotic machines will make their way through the streets of Mumbai. But prior to that, on January 10, the supercars will be on display for the public at the RWITC Race Course, Turf Club, Mahalaxmi. Entry to the show will be free for all.

The Parx Super Car Show 2015 will see the usual crop of models from brands like Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Rolls-Royce and many more. But the showstopper of the event will be the LaFerrari. A limited-edition hybrid supercar from Ferrari, which is powered by an alliance of a 789bhp 6.3-litre V12 engine and a 161bhp electric motor. The combined output of around 950bhp and over 91.8kgm of torque is driven to the rear wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. It is capable of clocking a claimed maximum speed of 350kph.

On Sunday, the convoy of supercars will take to Mumbai's streets, passing through areas like the Bandra-Worli sea link, Worli sea front, Haji Ali, Peddar Road, Marine Drive and Nariman Point, among others.
